  After stopping in several times to the Highlands Ranch store to change our phone plan TO AT&T I finally drove over to the next town (Lone Tree) to the AT&T store there. What a difference! Walked in to that store, no wait, was greeted and helped right away by Quinn and the service was great. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of just one was because Angelo did his best to help me at the Highlands Ranch store but that was it. Management & service in the Highlands Ranch store was poor at best.

  Broke my phone this afternoon and went in to get a new one. Had an awesome experience. Joe was so friendly and knowledgeable. He had answers to all my questions and led me to the perfect phone for me. Thank you so much Joe! Great service, clean store, and fast process. I recommend this location over any other I have been to!
