  I've been a Sleep Number bed owner for two years. The bed is very comfortable to me but my wife wishes we would have spent the extra money for the pillow top given her arthritis in her hips. The box-spring portion on the bed recently collapsed, with the side members splitting apart. I was a "girthy" man at 283 lbs, but lost some significant weight. Still on the "Girthy" side though... Regardless, I called Sleep Number and explained the situation and with no hassle they are shipping me a new bed frame at no extra cost. Good job Sleep Number for standing behind your product. I was anticipating hassle and you fixed my problem. Thank you!
