  Went in to get a pair of sandals for an upcoming lake trip. The guy that helped me, whose name is also Drew coincidentally, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. As my wife could tell you, I am notoriously indecisive, but he was very patient and helped me come to a decision. Walked out wearing my new sandals, and am loving them so far. Top quality kicks for sure. Looking forward to wearing them at the lake!

  This review is for Merrell in general and not this retail store. I bought a pair of tail running shoes in June. They fell apart in three months after light use. I worse them only 1-2 times per week. I contacted Merrell and they have completely ignored all my requests and concerns. Not only have they started to make a poor product, they have horrible customer service. You expect this lack of service at Walmart but not at a reputable company like Merrell. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. After years of purchasing Merrell products, I will never buy anything from them again.
