  Every few years I buy the updated version of the Sealy Posturepedic mattress that I know works for me and my bad back. The issue is that every mattress store has a different name for it and every year the name changes. Living in multiple states and two countries has made it difficult to locate my mattress when I need a new one. I gave Ermias the list of specifications I was looking for in the mattress, he knew exactly which one to direct me to, and had me lay on it to confirm it was indeed the mattress I know and love. He also talked me through the other Posturepedic options to make sure I was happy with my choice. He was helpful and very informed about the products, and not at all pushy as a salesperson. The regional manager Drew was in the store that day and he was very friendly and helpful as well, and it was nice to see him helping the staff instead of terrifying them, like I've seen some regional managers do.

  My wife and I just bought a top of the line Adjustable Base and Tempur-Pedic mattress. Service was excellent. The manager of the store Mr. Ermias Kahsay and the Representative Ms. Christine Chilcote, both exuded not only thorough knowledge of the products that we were interested and looking to purchase, but also comforting customer advocacy. They took the time to explain in detail the various mattresses' and base units' characteristics and models to best meet our needs. Both Ms. Chilcote and Mr. Kahsay are assets to your organization. Incidentally, this is not the first time we buy a mattress from this particular store. Originally under the name of Mattress King and with different management and staff. So far, after couple of nighties use, the mattress met our expectations. Hope and trust this product will continue so in the near future and in the years to come. Best Regards, ak
