  Called yesterday and spoke with Pat. Even though he was booked he squeezed my car in for a Classic interior detailing the next day (as I was out of town following week). He kept me up to date, I never had to call and ask when my car was going to be done/when I could pick it up or anything. I just picked it up a little bit ago and my car has never looked so good! It's been a good 1.5yrs since it was last detailed and you wouldn't even know it. Will never go anywhere else for future work and will actually be taking my fiances car here within the next couple weeks. Thanks!!!
