  We ordered an expensive dining room set and due to manufacturing issues that we only found out well after the fact, it took an additional 3 months to receive. No updates, apologies, I only found out after several phone calls to the store with no response and then called the corporate office. The furniture arrived damaged and after only 3 months the veneer finish was peeling off. When I called corporate I was told the finish isn't covered by their warranty which was not disclosed verbally at time of sale nor in anything I could find online. I think I was being lied to. I was told they would send me a special polish to see if it would help. I didn't receive it for 5 months later. As expected, it doesn't work (Really? Polish for peeling wood veneer?) The table is only 1 year old and looks haggard. BTW, it's only been used a handful of times. Poor quality for the price tag. Poor to non non existent customer service. I will not buy there again. It's a shame because I have a new big house to fill with high end furniture but that will nit be at Arhaus!
